Newly remodeled clean 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom condo on the water front on the 6th floor with lake views - in a gated community. You cannot get closer to the lake! You can hear the waves of the lake from the condo.
This a lake view from the balcony, kitchen table, and the right side of the living room and one bedroom. The other views is of the trees in the mountains.
The Master Bedroom has a Hickory King Bed, Flat screen TV, Hickory Night Stands, Ceiling fan and the adjacent bathroom has a huge custom master shower. The second bedroom has One Queen Bed, ceiling fan, with a huge window to view the beautiful Trees , Mountains and Lake Tahoe. The third bedroom has Pine Queen Bunk beds. All bedrooms have Custom Closet Organizers with drawers for your belongings and electric blinds. The Living Room has a large Leather Sectional, End Tables, Electric Fireplace, Flat Screen TV, Electric Blinds, Ceiling Fan, Dining Table and Enormous Windows for The Beautiful views of the Mountains and Lake of Tahoe. Outside the Living Room and Master Bedroom is a Patio with Table, Chairs and BBQ and views galore. The kitchen was completely remodeled in May 2019.
We are located the north shore of Lake Tahoe and the area offers you a kaleidoscope of things to do and see (whatever your mood or lifestyle); from skiing and boating, to exciting casino night life, to a quiet evening in front of the fire. On-site our Recreation Area has two tennis courts, a year round heated outdoor swimming pool*, fishing and boating pier, a Lakeview clubhouse, locker rooms with coed sauna (bathing suits required) and a fitness room. Your vacation condo becomes the ideal spot for an affordable family get-together, intimate weekend, week or month away from it all. *Swimming pool closed twice a year for maintenance.
You can rent a buoy right in front of the condo to put your boat on!
Our goal is to have our home be the place you want to come back to each time you come to Lake Tahoe!

Great Stay in North Tahoe
The property was as described and the host was helpful and easy to communicate with. The community is great and the pool and dock were excellent for relaxing at the end of the day. It’s an easy walk to Kings Beach and, if you’re looking to venture out in the area, a good location to get to Truckee, Donner Lake, and Chimney Beach / Skunk Harbor.

Amazing spot and amenities!
We had a great time at this property. The place was extremely clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the huge primary shower. There is an elevator, which makes loading and unloading cars easy. The neighborhood amenities are terrific, the big pier on the lake to launch a paddleboard or kayak, or to start your lake swim or float. It's a great place to watch the sunsets. Also the warm and large heated outdoor pool. We were able to leave our paddle boards near the pier. It's an easy walk to Kings Beach, which we did daily for meals, snacks and local shopping. There is an electric grill, so useable during fire season. Susan was very responsive when we had questions. This is a perfect place for 2 or 3 couples, there were 4 of us. The 2nd picture is a view from the deck. We would love to go back!

We had a wonderful time in North Lake Tahoe. Susan had excellent communication. Check in and out were extremely easy. The location is perfect for being on the lake, walking distance to Kings Beach and close to great hiking trails. We would absolutely recommend!!!

Amenities will bring us back
Our family 2 adults and 2 teens had a great time staying. The kitchen had everything we needed. The coffee makers are k cups (keurig and another brand). View from window and patio of the lake is great. If you bring bikes, you can lock them to the railing outside the building (lots of people do). We rented ebikes in kings beach, played pickleball, swam, floated the truckee river. There is lots to do. Outside of the basics, this condo doesn't have extras so things to bring are: pool/beach towels, shampoos/soaps/bathroom items, kcups for coffee, blankets for couch, games.

Family vacation
This is the second time we have stayed here. Excellent location and very nice accommodations. Excellent communications with our host and she always answered our questions and requests promptly. We would definitely recommend this place.

Updated condo at the edge of Lake Tahoe
This recently updated condo was a great spot for us as we visited Lake Tahoe in the early fall. It was well equipped with everything that we needed. It is located next to the lake in a private, gated, community of condos and houses. There is a heated pool, sauna and small exercise area. Also pickle ball and tennis. Our host was great at getting all the details to us and check in was easy.

Lifelong friends yearly getaway
My girlfriends and I take a yearly trip together. This year we chose the Lake arahoe area as our destination. This rental was a convenient 45min drive from the Reno airport. Which was a big factor in the decision. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful Condo in great location
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is in a great location for walking to town. I had an unfortunate incident with the trash Shute and the property owner was quick to help. We had a lovely stay at Lake Tahoe.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Susan’s place in North Lake Tahoe!
Location, cleanliness, high end amenities like access to tennis courts, pool, gym were some of the many spectacular aspects of the property!
You can hear the waves from the living room and balcony! It’s walkable to the Kings beach as well as many restaurants! Susan was very responsive when ever we had a question. The condo was one of the, if not the most, cleanest property we have ever stayed at! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting North Lake Tahoe!

great place
This is a great condo in a fantastic location - as advertised. nice pots and pans. The owner was friendly and responsive. Everything was clean & functional & lovely. Bring your own blankets for snuggling on the big couch (as noted in the listing) and the pillows are firm so if you have pillow preferences bring your own! We would stay here again.
