「Location was great right next to Kenmore station and BU buildings right across. Hotel doesnt have any restaurants itself but has a Japanese place adjoining & Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks also right next to it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room size is quite good. Everything needed was there. We had a room facing Fenway Park.」
"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
