Need to know...
- Dogs are welcome but please keep them off of the furniture and out of the bedrooms. While the decked/patio area does have a retractable gate which encloses that space, the separate adjacent garden area does not have a gate, as shown in the photos.

About a holiday in the Bantham area...
Bantham is a small village, with a traditional pub, The Sloop Inn and a village shop. Swallow Barn is located around 1 mile from Bantham beach, a picturesque beach with sweeping sands and fascinating rock pools. Popular with surfers due to it's consistent waves and excellent surfing conditions. For paddle boarders and kayakers, the River Avon offers a serene setting with stunning views and wildlife a plenty.
There are several amazing beaches in the area, take the sea tractor to the famous Burgh Island from Bigbury-on-Sea, explore the secluded Hope Cove or the golden sands of South Milton.
The South West Coast Path runs through the area, with numerous routes to choose from. A perfect way to experience the breathtaking panoramic sea views and beautiful English countryside.
The nearby town of Kingsbridge is a historic market town that also has the benefit of having an active residential community, giving rise to a welcoming, warm atmosphere, and lots of boutique shops and restaurants to explore.
A short car journey away sits Salcombe, a historic fishing and sailing town that has become famous as a holiday destination because of its natural beauty and its local traditions, for example, there’s the Town Regatta, excellent sailing opportunities, its own gin and ice cream factories. You can’t leave without sampling the town’s unparalleled clotted cream fudge, visiting the magnificent bakery and restaurants.
