「Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait quite awhile. There were never cookies in the lounge; always an empty try.
Ran out of in room coffee packets and hotel said they didn’t have anymore.
They brought blankets and sheets to the sofa bed upon request but only one pillow.
Rooms were ok but just need a deep clean to get all the sand out of them.
Hotel rooms inside ok, but outside needs updates with rotting wood.
Stag just weren’t friendly. The young guy in the evening was nice but the...

「Rooms need a deep clean to get rid of all the sand from previous guests.
Wasn’t a very welcoming or friendly hotel. The very nicest people who work there are the guards at the gate. So nice. Everyone else, didn’t really care.
Based on others’ reviews we skipped the pool and restaurants. The beach was pretty but that’s all the resort has going for it. 」

「My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights here in March and while I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel, we had an excellent experience.
Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. The drive is so far out that some Uber drivers decline your ride because they do not want to drive out that far. I would def let them drive instead of renting if you are...
