We absolutely love this place and we will stay there again. Clean, quiet, beautiful. The perfect size for our family of 4. And the dock is very nice one for a boat and 2 jet skis. Move area to swim too. Lots of outdoor seating.

The stay was great! Everything went smooth and easy. The house is nice and equipped with everything we needed. It is right on the water with easy water access in a small and quiet neighborhood.

Great location right on the water! Comfortable, clean with nice updates. Boat house with lift was great and so convenient. Place to launch right next to the property — how sweet! Host was quick to respond and resolve any minor issues we encountered. We enjoyed our stay!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!

We have stayed here 3 times and we absolutely love it. I have told the owners that I would love to buy it-LOL! Clean, beautifully decorated, great neighborhood, nice outdoor area. We will be staying there again for sure.

Weekend Getaway

Great house and neighborhood! House was very clean and nice. Super comfortable bed and great shower. It was a little cold (we were there in January), but still got in some fishing off of the pier. Views are beautiful! HEB is very close by - super convenient. Overall superb stay!

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed specifically at this property for the April 6th eclipse and boy was it worth it! There were a few neighbors around, but it was pretty quiet, but awesome! We stayed beyond the 6th and had a good time enjoying the Longhorn Cavern State Park and the Perissos Winery. We really enjoyed our vacation at your cottage--thanks so very much!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the location and amenities were great. The scenery was very calm and relaxing. Our kids loved the bunk beds and all the board and card games. Weenjoyed the outdoor deck and dock, we spent all day outside by the water. We will definitely be back.

Family getaway

We appreciated the convenient location. We had a good time on the wonderful decks with family fun fishing & kayaking off the dock. This is an updated, very clean cottage. One of our most enjoyable family getaways. We will come again!
