「Room was clean, updated and very comfortable. The Hudson views were outstanding! The charm of the architecture was awesome with the copper metal patches on the wood plank floors. We missed peak season by a week or two, but the leaves that were still there were stunning from our balcony. We are looking forward to coming back next year during peak! (The views are worth coming in any season, honestly)」

「It’s a cool space but it’s filthy. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere. The windows need a cleaning. Sorry I sat on the porch last night as my cost is dirty from the dirt on the rocking chair.
I read in reviews that some folks had croissants outside their door in the am.
We did not have that experience. Our room had a tub with a handheld shower and no privacy. I was either a friend, not a partner.
It a nice location right near the waterfront.
Give the place a good cleaning.」

「I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly
Hello,
I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online.
In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess
was rude and dismissive.
