「Matt is a wonderful host! I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the 1 bedroom cabin and how much thought went into providing guests with everything they need. 「This property was perfect for our weekend in Kingston. Lovely neighborhood, lots of restaurants just blocks away, including Rough Draft bookstore/cafe/bar a block away which was a hit with the whole family. 「The hostess reached out well before our stay with check in details and other local information. We stayed in early May. The main house and cottage are located down a long drive. The cottage sits a little off to the side with the bedroom/office facing the river. The layout of the cottage is very efficient. 「this was one of the most comfortable, easy to navigate vacation homes we have ever had. we used the grill, kitchen had everything you need, the deep sinks made washing dishes easy, (there was a dishwasher. but we didn't use it), windows allowed a 180 degree view of the back yard and forest beyond, where we saw a family of deer. Everyone slept like babies on mattresses that were heavenly! Or was super available and responsive to questions. A hannaford super market is 2.3 miles away. Bread Alone...

「We had so much fun in Kingston and loved our location. It was so easy to walk to restaurants after a day of driving through the Hudson Valley and partaking in wine at many of the wineries. The house was comfortable, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and the backyard was a lovely space. Our only concern was the staircase to the basement. We really needed a railing and more lighting. But that might just be our age...it's hard to see these days! Thank you for everything!」
