This home is situated in the back of 4.64 acers. Quiet and secluded. At the end of a dead end gravel road. Enjoy the private and spacious surroundings of this home and property . This is an entire home. Enjoy the comfortable living space and extra comfy mattress for the perfect nights sleep. Plenty of space through out the house. Let the family enjoy the game room while you relax on one of the decks .The land has 12 peacans trees, a fig tree and 3 grape vines. There is also a pond on property . No fishing a loud. We are close to hwys 70 , 11 , 55 and 258.No animals of any kind. Everyone must be listed on the rental contract.

Adorable cozy home!

Such a great home! Super clean, the kitchen had every thing we needed and more, the beds were extremely comfortable and the home layout was great for our family (kid spaces and adult spaces)! We will certainly look to rent again for future kinston visits!
