「We had a lovely stay at Swallow Cottage. We had everything we needed and found the property to be comfortable and homely. We loved bird watching from the conservatory and had daily sightings of swallows, red kite and Goldfinches. 「After a communications issue I got the code and enjoyed our sunny happy space. Had a couple suggestions for owner who responded quickly. Frustrated with VRBO/Expedia for shirking responsibilities for fees and chose to blame owner. Poor customer service from the company but owner’s efficiency more than compensated for their failure.」
