“The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy”

“We didn’t spend much time in the room. The unit was overall very clean. A/C units in both the front room and bedroom. Not central air and the units are very noisy. Everything is provided but beach towels for the pool which was great. Super easy check in and check out procedures. A couple pieces of furniture in the living room area need some work. Kitchen was very nice. This is a small unit. Great for a couple.”
