「Wir bekamen erst am späten Nachmittag vor dem Anreisetag die Checkin-Infos, obwohl wir in der Woche vor der Anreise den Vermieter drei Mal schriftlich kontaktiert haben und um kurzfristige Klärung/Rüchinfo baten.Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass der Zylinder der Hauseingabgstür defekt war. Der Schnapper war auf "auf" gestellt. Somlt, falls jemand den Türschnapper auf "zu" stellt, wir nicht mehr ins Haus gekommen wären.Des Weiteren wurde groß mit NETFLIX geworben, was nicht funktionierte....

「Eine sehr freundlicher Kontakt, war für alle Anliegen da und gab für alles eine Lösung!! Hat alles wirklich reibungslos geklappt. Super gelegen in Gelsenkirchen. In der Nähe vom Stadtpark, der für gemütliche Spaziergänge einlädt. Allianz Arena zu Fuß super zu erreichen. War für unser gebuchtes Event einfach Klasse. Auch in der Umgebung in gut 5-15 Minuten viele Essensmoglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Lidl in der Nähe. Also für unsere Anliegen und Vorstellungen eine sehr gut gelegene...
