“Very comfortable and cozy historical home. Gwen and Ken thought of everything to ensure all needs were met. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful view. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Check in was supposed to be 2, a room wasn’t ready for us until 4:50. At 4:10 staff advised room would be 5 more minutes.. ended up being 40 mins later. Breakfast time ended too early. We were in town for the monster truck event, late check in affected the whole evening. We had to squeeze in dinner, to try not to be late for the show. Waiting for that long with 2 small children is a huge inconvenience. ”

“The photos don’t show the reality. The room I stayed in must be updated. The door locker is not good, I felt unsafe. Staff was okay and I received my refund for the $100 deposit right away. ”

“Room was clean, washroom clean with good shower and water pressure, staff were helpful and courteous. The bed did sag in the centre with 2 sleepers but was not horrible. Amenities were very basic, no place to hang clothing, towels clean and good quality, microwave and fridge but no coffee or tea, no phone in room to contact front desk. For the price this was a very good stay.”
