"Great host! Pavel did above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay in Bucharest as comfortable as possible. He was always available and super responsive. "The hotel has no reception desk and no staff is on site. The rooms were clean and in good condition. All have jacuzzi and some kind of sauna (a steamer connected to the large shower cabin). The temperature, during the night, was quite low. There is no parking, however you can park on the street in front, if you are lucky enough to find a spot. The hotel is located in a very nice and central area."

    "We stayed in the large apartment which was spotless, had excellent space, friendly staff who were very accommodating with excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return again. The spa was supposed to be closed during our stay and they managed to open it which was an added bonus. We were compensated for the loss of the days spa too. Thank you all for looking after us! We loved our experience. "
