Awful; avoid like the plague!
Do not book this site. We paid in full and never heard from the property/host with directions on how to access the property after emailing and calling the host several times with no response.
This site is a first level scam. Once they have your money kiss it goodbye as all future correspondence will be met by the voices of crickets. The property owners never provide ANY details on how to access the site after repeated requests for necessary information.
To make matter worse VRBO completely misled us in terms of thier concerns and promise of reimburesment. As a long time customer and overall fan of VRBO this experience has left my wife and I committed to alternative services.
