“Great location and size of property. Host was communicative and very friendly. Had an issue with the key pad and they were there in five minutes to assist, which was greatly appreciated. House itself was quite dirty however and in a bit of an unexpected state (ie holes in walls, etc). It met our needs but I can’t be sure I would book again”

“The home was a little hard to find, but thank goodness for the property manager who was very responsive and so helpful! We had a wonderful stay. It was extremely clean and comfortable for our family of five. Had all the amenities we could have needed. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood a few steps from a Family Mart, cafe, and Osaka castle. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!”

“大人数の家族でも部屋数があり、寝室に困らないゆとりの一棟で、快適にくつろげました。台所も備品充実していて、お風呂も広く、浴室乾燥がついているので、洗濯物も乾きます。ただ、トイレはリビングに筒抜けの小窓があり、においや音を気にしなければならないです。 テレビは地デジが見れなくて、アプリだけですが、そのパスワードがわからず電話問い合わせをしました。テレビの使い方がわかる説明書があるとより親切だと思います。 周辺に駐車場も多く、繁華街も徒歩圏内ですが、わりと静かでした。アメニティも充実していて、また大阪に来たら利用したいと思います。”

“Air conditioner at 1st floor is full of dust and does not function well. Sofa is very uncomfortable with dirty surface. Cleaning and accommodation needs big improvement.”
