I guess the only good thing we can say about this listing is that it has a flush toilet and running water.The building itself is very beat up, the elevator is filthy and we can only assume that it was primarily built as a student rental and is listed for summers as a VRBO. The contents are basic, the fabric headboards are stained, and the contents of the kitchen are inadequate to actually make meals. The check in information was not sent to us in the timeframe that was originally promised so we had to call VRBO to ask for assistance. The owner was responsive when we requested coffee mugs as a kettle was on the counter but only glasses were originally available for drinking hot beverages. The living room was made in to a second bedroom so there was nowhere to actually sit except for the chairs around the kitchen island. Note that parking is not included and you will need to create an account for consideration of overnight parking with the City of Waterloo and then be prepared to move your vehicle every 3 hours during the day.
