Great breakfast and coffee, rooms were clean and the staff were friendly; conveniently located to a variety of restaurants (5 min drive); very close to downtown Portsmouth, NH and the shopping outlets in Kittery; a drive away from Ogunquit and neighboring towns; 45 min drive to Portland; didn’t try the outdoor pool, but it opened the weekend we got there (May 18).

At the last minute I booked a night at this quaint 50’s style inn. The staff were excellent. The room clean, neat and with all the amenities I needed. A great breakfast with exceptional coffee. Close to Portsmouth and shopping. Thanks for the great stay and hospitality!

We stayed here one night when we were picking up my step- daughter from UNH after her first semester. We will be staying here every time we go visit her from now on. It has a very quaint atmosphere, rooms are big and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. Continental breakfast had a surprising amount of variety for the space. Everything we tried was very good. I'm already looking forward to our next visit there

The staff was very nice and the breakfast spread was one of the best hotel breakfasts that I’ve ever had. The only downside was that the microwave in the room was sitting atop the mini fridge. We were in an upstairs room and when we walked across the floor, the microwave rattled. I was concerned about how loud this may have been for the guests below us. I felt like I was constantly walking on eggshells so as not to disturb other guests.

Nice place, it feels like your staying in a beach condo almost, its hard to describe. I went back twice during off season ,a place like this would make a nice summer getaway. Very professional, breakfast was good

My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary, and it was amazing! The room was clean, and they provided a kitchen with dishes and TVs in the living room and bedroom. The room was immaculate. You could tell it had been renovated. The staff was friendly and accommodating; the breakfast, especially the blueberry cake, was delicious and fresh. We were a quick drive from the USS Albacore Museum, the Kittery Trading Post, outlets, breweries, and great dining options! There was a lot to explore and do during this trip, and we are definitely planning on coming back.

Cute motel - perfect for an overnight stay. Friendly staff who offered easy check in over the phone after hours. The room was meticulous and had everything we needed including fridge with freezer, microwave, tea kettle. Woke up to birds and traffic. Close to shopping in Kittery and Portsmouth.

A surprising value and quality.
For the price we paid, I would not have expected the breakfast spread. They made a nice space in the office to sit and enjoy the breakfast and meet other guests. I highly recommend this spot.
