“Staff were wonderful, clean room, comfy bed, but air conditioner needs to be replaced. Older & outdated, but clean & super nice owners. Located on the main road but surprisingly quiet!”

“Great location in Ongunquit! Only a mile walk into town, so you don't need a car. The jitney also stops nearby but is $5 a ride. We only stayed one night. Continental breakfast is included, but they could use gluten-free items. Great deal! Rooms were clean and fresh. I didn't swim but the pool looked good!”

“It was a quick trip and only needed a place to stay for 1 night and it did the trick. Front desk super friendly. We did not use the amenities but the pool looked nice. The room was clean. In order to get to the back of one of the buildings that our room was in you had to walk through this hallway which was very hot and didn’t look well maintained but that’s pretty much rhetorical only negative.”

“New owners were taken over, so the place was kind of rundown. The room was definitely clean. The staff was friendly, but definitely definitely almost like the Bates Motel.”

“We rented two cottages to accommodate our party and both were very clean. The kitchens had the essentials which was all we needed for the couple of days we were there. There was ample parking right near our cottages and the kids loved the pool (which also was very clean) the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was gracious enough to contact us the same day we checked out to alert us that we had forgotten to empty your drawer. They agreed to send everything back as long as I sent them……

“We usually like to stay at B&B‘s, but Ogunquit in July can be incredibly expensive. For this quick trip, we were in our room for only about 9 to 10 hours to sleep, so we decided to stay in a motel. The Town Lyne Motel was an excellent choice. Very reasonably priced. While not fancy, it served our purpose perfectly. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and there were two upholstered chairs. That was nice because I’m……

“Staff was great. Shirley is a hoot and all the staff were out of this world attentive and helpful. Loved it there and can't wait to stay again.”

“The staff was exceptional and promptly called to let me know I had left an expensive belonging behind. The room was clean enough, but there were visible stains on the bedding and lampshades. I would highly recommend asking for a second floor room, as our upstairs neighbors were up all hours of the night, therefore we were as well. In all, it was a safe inexpensive place to stay in a very expensive town.”

“We had a really enjoyable stay at Ocean Surf at York Beach and could definitely see the investment the property is making in upgrading the guest experience. The newly renovated pool was a highlight, and the large entertainment tent was such a fun addition. Having food and beverages available on-site made it easy to spend the day relaxing without having to leave the property. Our room was on the smaller side, but it had been nicely renovated and worked well for our small family. The staff……
