Pass by the Outdoor Shower, Fish Cleaning Station, and cozy downstairs Sitting Area on your way to the main entrance to the home on the Middle Level. Be sure to take the nearby beach walkway to the dunes for some fun in the surf and sand. Be sure to also take advantage of the Washer/Dryer for those times during the week when you need to get the sand out of those bathing suits or freshen up those beach towels.

Upstairs on the Middle Level, you'll find 3 of the 4 bedrooms in this home to keep everyone comfortable and rested up for another day of exciting beach adventures. All Bedrooms in this comfortable beach cottage also have ceiling fans to keep everyone nice and cool after a fun day exploring the Outer Banks or playing at the beach.

On the Top Level, enjoy time together in the large Living Area with plenty of soft furniture, bright windows with an unbeatable ocean view, and a 55” Roku SmartTV with awesome sound bar system. Enjoy board games or plan for another day of Outer Banks fun in the Dining Area before whipping up a delicious seafood feast in the Kitchen.
