Amazing house and location

Gramp's Dream was a wonderful home close to the beach and other amenities. It was perfect for our extended family of 11, to have enough space and room while on vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Fenced dog yard was very dangerous, filled with weeds full of very sharp burrs. Dog's feet and body immediately became covered in these. Collapsed and then became very ill. Took him to vet. many repairs needed on property: top floor back slider door handle loose and fell off. Weather stripping on same door was shredded and barely hanging on. Blinds in several rooms had no strings to pull up. Hot tub low on water, jets shooting water out of hot tub. Over chlorinated also... couldn't use it.Top floor front bedroom bathroom vanity fell off each time opening the door. Same bedroom could only get 1 channel on the TV. Trees around pool need trimmed back.. leaves and acorns falling in. Pool liner was torn and looked terrible. Flies and fruit flies were a constant problem in the house. House was not cleaned well in a very long time..cobwebs at windowsills. Layers of dust. 1 pool lounge chair broken.. renter fell through onto cement. Very few cushions available for outdoor seating. 1 thin set of towels per person. We would not recommend this house to anyone. NOT HAPPY AT All!

Lovely pool. Kid friendly game room Ample fridge storage Easy walk to beach Love outdoor toilet and double outdoor shower Love bedroom set ups and bathrooms for all! Only suggestion here would be to add floor mats at the outdoor showers and toilet area so you are not standing in the water.

This home was absolutely perfect for us. Location was awesome..

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. It was everything we dreamed of! Only concern was that the top deck in the back was very loose and could be dangerous. An amazing home overall! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Gorgeous House, Large Bedrooms & Private Bathrooms!

As a former OBX owner I must say our entire family fell in love with this home. So tidy and clean you would never know it was pet friendly! Just the way I like to keep my personal house :). Huge plus it is so close to the beach 400 ft. The house is so private nestled back to a wooded area. You hardly see your neighbors or hear them. Not much traffic flow through the neighborhood due to lay out of streets. A big plus plus!!! We hate to leave and hope to be back soon!!! BigNauti Farm 🐴🐶
