Bad check in and property management customer service

We checked in at 4:00 and the house hadn’t been cleaned. I called twice and the cleaners came at 5:00 and we couldn’t get in until 6:30. When we complained about the delay, the property manager defended themselves and offered no compensation. Other than that, we had a great time staying here. There is a screen missing on the screened in porch,

Loved the location, short walk to beach, close to Duck!!

I really love this property it was really quiet and nice to kind of be away from the hustle and bustle duck, can run on the beach go fishing, walked a beautiful queen neighborhoods through there. Just felt very safe and at peace.

Nightmare to start, then salvaged by local rental office mgr.

Home was not in habitable condition, site was littered with construction debris, nails, trash, etc. Also, water was shut-off and home was dirty. Ultimately, these items were remedied after much delay and consternation, and no alternate rental could be found. Nightmare vacation scenario saved by acts of local rental person, Tiffany at Brindley Beach. Me, my wife and children had to physically clean and sanitize home top to bottom and could not go outside until a dumpster load of debris, nails, etc were removed from grounds, walkways and decks. Horrid!
