“We loved our stay at the Red Cottage. The first thing I noticed walking in was the cleanliness of the house. The place was absolutely immaculate. We enjoyed many of the amenities available, such as the fire pit and hot tub. There were so many kitchen utensils and accessories available we didn’t need to bring a thing. My only complaint and it was nothing to do with the house so I hate to have to mention it, was the road in front. It is very hard to cross due to high amount of traffic, speed limit……

“We had an amazing getaway at the Tiny House visiting from Washington, D.C. area for a couple of days. The property manager was easy to reach and made the check-in process seamless. When we first arrived, the place was a bit warm, likely due to the time of day, but it cooled down by the evening. The manager provided excellent recommendations for activities, including hiking, dining options, and a beach area for us and our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!”

“The house was perfect for our two families of 6 kids and 4 adults. We loved the location and easy access to the dock. We rented a boat for a day and loved being able to come back and forth with our dock for meals. The location is great with an easy drive to stores and the beach. Hot tub was a hit for all! ”

“The inside of the house was very clean and very tastefully decorated. The view was out of this world! The one thing that we would like to note, is that prior guests left large dog poop on the balcony that was not cleaned up by the staff. In addition, there was a bag of dog poop left in front of the home. Everything else was excellent and we still appreciate it being dog-friendly.”

“Property host never sent check in information nor did they answer any questions. The phone number listed was for someone who wasn’t even associated with the property so you couldn’t even talk anyone. Needless to say we weren’t able to actually stay there due to no communication from the host. Vrbo was useless in getting us a place to stay. Their guarantee turned out to be the biggest joke. They did nothing to find us a place to stay but we’re going to give us credit for future stays. So we were……

“Very clean, sanitized everything before I left . Vaccumed the carpets, washed the sheets, sanitized the chairs, Febreeze the sofa , dishes washed and trash has been taken out in the proper bins as labeled. Dusted the blinds , wet mopped and dry mopped the floors. Took my recycles home with me. ”

“Very spacious home! We were 4 couples and everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen very well stocked. Loved the wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom gas fireplace did not work however. Hope that has been fixed. ”

“Nicely redone and furnished condo. Great for a few day get away for family. Close to town without being in town. Host is responsive. Clean, cozy, and quiet spot. Linens weren't included and communication between booking on expedia and it officially being vrbo made things challenging but we worked through it. ”
