"Ulli's property is beautiful - very central but just outside the hustle and bustle of the inner city so quiet and spacious. The beds were very comfortable - and windows equipped with blackout coverings (which helps in June when there's 24 hours of daylight). The garden is such a great aspect of the space. "We had a great stay even though the floor hadn't been swept at all. I found a broom and swept it. When getting ready to leave (after two nights) looked under the bed and hadn't been swept there either. But, on the positive side - nice place to stay - the Northern Lights were great, amenities (fridge, washer and dryer and location) were great. "The Hilltop House is a special place. The views from the house in winter are magical. Watching the various shades of pink come in over the bay to the East while sipping coffee was a daily highlight. Sitting in our own geothermal hot tub while watching the Northern Lights dance is something our boys will never forget. The host is very responsive. Having the Hvammsvik springs a few hundred meters away was awesome, we visited those springs twice and stopped by the restaurant each night for a drink....
