"The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only. We were helped by a lady who lived on the other side apartments to find our block. The microwave was broken. We ran out of toilet paper and no replacements and there were hairs still in the shower drain. The towels were also damp and musty. Not many implements to cook with, so glad we only had 1 night. "We (3 adults) stayed in a rather large room, plenty of space, great views, very clean, towels, slippers, bath robes etc. Abundant breakfast for any taste and preference. Use of swimming pool and sauna/steam room were included. Lovely Spa is extra, but worth it (10% off for hotel guests). Restaurants were a bit of hit and miss. The only proper negative was a fold out bed for one of us, although there was plenty of space for a better one and we had to pay extra for it (we booked for 3 guests specifically)."
