This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. We seriously considered moving to another hotel even if we couldn’t get our money back. Beds had no bottom sheets, just a mattress protector (which was needed as the mattresses were disgusting). Everything was dirty and smelly. Avoid this place!

Room was filthy and wore out! dirty towels hanging on top of shower wall and left-over shaving things from previous occupant. Bedding had blood stains on it. Food left in refrigerator. It was totally gross and would have left but was too exhausted to make a move.

Sheet did not fit mattress, had to redo it twice. The small fridge had a terrible odor, and was afraid to eat food I put into it. Curtain was not light filtering so was bright all night. Heater was very noisy, so had to turn it off, and not much in way of blanket.

The room was Spartan and functional, bed comfortable. First impression was a clean comfortable smoke free room that smelled of stale smoke. Towels were worn thin and the whole room could use a deep clean. After showering my feet were soon dingy from walking on the bare floor. The toilet was stained and the shower could have used a thorough clean.

The staff were exceptionally kind and professional during our stay. The room was large, clean and well maintained. The location was also perfect - across from a large grocery store and multiple food options. Also one of the best rates available in Klamath Falls.

Received one key card for a room with two guest for two nights. We were offered to pay extra for a second key card. Key card would not open the vending room, which was not well kept. The hotel room stunk like smoke although it was a non-smoking broom you could smell it in the curtains. The bathroom had empty shampoo and conditioner, wrappers from previous guest on the top wall of the shower. The towels were nicely folded, but they didn’t appear to be clean.

We could not stay here and demanded a refund as the pictures are nothing like the actual rooms. They are so poorly maintained, the walls and bedding are disgusting and it did not feel even remotely safe enough for us to stay in. My family booked the room across from us and had to flee as well after the mirror almost shattered on top of their baby. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
