「The room was spotless and late check in was handled quickly」

「Liked the hotel. Convenient & comfortable. Loved the location close to Vaughan Mills Mall. The interior side of the shower needs a deep cleaning.」

「Breakfast control is very terrible and lound in the eating area」

「The hotel itself is incredible. I did not choose other airport hotel which is much cheaper because of the need to be convenient and easily get to the hotel to rest. However, I seriously ask that there should be better signage in the airport to show travellers which direction to reach the hotel, I spent much time pulling the luggage cart wandering in the airport to find the hotel and so tired.」

「OK」

「Overall, the hotel is good. However, the front desk made a big mistake when checking me into a room that another traveller already occupied. Lucky that there was nobody in the room when I got in.」

「excellant location, connected by free airport link, one stop from T3, 2 stops from T1」

「The hotel charged $30 per night for the parking. Room key was used to scan to the parking lot. If the customer didn't park at the hotel, why they had to be charged for the parking? Those front desk employees were not honest. 」

「The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a nice view. Cleaning staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast was good and the bar was great.」
