「We got to town earlier than expected and the hotel was able to accommadate us. And when we had to leave early for a family emergency, it was no problem at all. The people were all very nice, the room was amazing. I would definitely refer them to others. 」

「Stay for one night never thought that would able to find everything from Breakfast, Easy check in, clean and peaceful property, welcoming staff, pleasant place with list of activities to do around and it also smell so nice. 」

「Location was good for family wedding. Hotel was nice - front desk personnel were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was average - what you’d expect. Our only issue is we only had our room serviced Friday. Not a huge deal but would have preferred to have trash emptied and not have to go to main desk for towels, etc 」

「On the 2nd & 3rd floors both ice machines out of service…finally found one on the 4th that was working… bathroom did not have any rods to hang bath towels…shower did not have a grab bar on the wall…breakfast was very good…」

「Room was comfy and a perfect stop on a long trip. Hotel could use a facelift but it was clean and the staff was kind. 」

「This facility appears to be brand new. Everything is clean and beautiful and well-stocked. The man at the check was friendly and helpful. We really liked him. The hotel does not yet have a sign out front and there is nothing within walking distance but plenty of restaurants near by if you have a car. Easy access to downtown Medina with its wonderful, historic buildings. 」

「Great room and location. Only down side was the outside noise and you could hear the TV from neighboring rooms. 」

「Overall had a great stay. Would have been 5 star except for a couple issues. Was not aware that there is no front desk for check-in/check-out, everything is done through email or texting. Also no microwave or refrigerator in the room, but there is a community kitchen. But even with those complaints was still a 4 star stay. Beautiful room, gives the feel of an individual apartment and not a hotel. Tastefully decorated. Nice quiet lil small town. I was in the Green Suite.」
