「A homely and welcoming colonial-era hotel that has been maintained in excellent condition. A comfortable base for Shimla with good food, good service, and extremely attentive staff. The owners live on-site and are pleased to meet and greet their guests. Would recommend strongly.」

「Initially I had reservations about the location of this hotel as it seemed a bit of a way from the main town, however it is an easy and enjoyable walk to the town along a quiet and picturesque road above the hotel. 「The stay in their luxury room was very comfortable. We had ordered a thin crust pizza which was delicious and nicely prepared. The buffet breakfast was having enough varieties and all with good taste. Overall a nice place to stay but amenities can be improved to spend leisure time. The seat in wash room can be a bit higher as it is bothersome if you have knee problem. The location is peaceful and is accessible via a single road from Dharampur ( about 8 kms). 」

「It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Mornings i enjoyed having the breakfast options, paratha and chai and scrambled eggs got me going for the day!」
