“This loft is perfect for a stay in Knoxville. Great location, close to may restaurants, bars, etc. Also very walkable to UTK. The loft has everything you need, including parking (included) just a short block away. The unit is very quiet and clean. It has large windows and a great view of the sunrise making it very light and open inside. Beds are comfortable and bathroom good size and clean. Communication was top notch. A very enjoyable stay that I would recommend to others.”

“The good - Conveniently located downtown for eats/drinks and check-in via codes was easy.
The bad - At night time, some folks that were squatting right outside the main entrance/door (and charging their phones) which did not feel very safe since this room is the first one through the main door. Upon entry to the building, there was a legit pile of cleaning supplies, tower fan, paper towels, etc. in 3x large tote bags completely blocking the door. My friend had already checked in, but I got in……

“Great spacious place. Beautiful inside. Beds were super comfortable. Air conditioning worked fantastic. Just a couple of things that would be easy fixes. No dish towels in kitchen, which we bought some. No shelves in bedroom or dresser to put clothes but did have a place to hang clothes. Two completely empty closets where shelves could be installed. TVs in all bedrooms but one bedroom couldn’t connect but host worked very hard to get it to work. Having TVs in Rooms was a plus. Overall……

“We stayed during UT graduation. Great location, central to everything, and we thought easily walkable as well. You are right in the thick of it, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring a white noise machine. The apartment was well appointed and beautifully and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfy. Parking is close by and free on weekends. Plenty of space for large/multiple families. And the rooftop deck was the icing on all of the cake. Great for pics and for creating “space”……
