Perfect Place for UTK visit

Cannot say enough….beautifully decorated, comfortable bed (even the 2nd rollout futon was amazingly comfortable). Perfect location and such easy check in. Having parking in basement is huge!!!

Ideal stay in Knoxville

This property was exceedingly clean and convenient to everything I wanted to do on and near campus and downtown. Communications with the property manager were incredibly swift and clear. Will definitely seek this property out again when I'm in town!

Perfect university location

What a beautiful and comfortable condo! Every detail has been exceptionally considered from communication to amenities. The location is so convenient to visit my two student daughters. I easily came and went to the condo throughout the days. I will definitely stay here again!

They thought of everything

This condo is perfect for a Knoxville weekend getaway. Chris and Ksenia have thought of everything, from the seamless check-in and checkout procedures to the thoughtful local coffee supplies, the comfortable mattresses and soft linens, the fun vinyls, and the modern and cozy decor. We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable condo in prime location

The condo was bright, full of light and beautifully furnished. Everything I needed was provided. It was most enjoyable to relax in the living room. I will stay there again when I return.

Fantastic property!

Lovely property and very comfy (loved the interior design), and the host was phenomenal with making us feel at home and answering any questions we had! Great location to downtown, but be aware it is close to a hospital, so there is a fair bit of emergency vehicles you will hear off and on. Overall, still a 10/10 from us!

A Beautiful Base in Knoxville

UT Admitted Students weekend

If I could give a higher review (than a 5 star) I would! Chris is very easy to work with and responded promptly to all my questions. The accommodations are perfect, extremely clean and in a perfect location to walk wherever you want on the UT campus. We will be booking again in the near future! Thanks Chris for all the great recommendations and your overall help before, during and after our stay!

Quaint condo

Everything as depicted on web. Nicely appointed,excellent location and easy parking in garage with elevator to fifth flow steps from car. Beautiful city scape view. Seating comfortable with excellent tvs easy to sign into my streaming accounts. Host courteous and responsive.

UTK beats Alabama Football Weekend 10/24

We absolutely loved our stay at the View on Clinch!! We have stayed at several VRBOs in the university tower building and this was by far the absolute best. No comparisons!!! Every detail was accounted for. We were able to walk to campus and downtown Knoxville. I could not imagine a nicer place to have spent the weekend. And of course we were rewarded with a Vol Win against Alabama!
