Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again!"

Did have some confusion about checking because I received an email after reserving the place within check in instructions and it turned out to be wrong, but I was able to find the correct instructions from the app so that resolved the issue. The mattress on the primary bedroom was very comfortable. "

"A unique place to stay!! Great Decor inside and as many others have noted, the party deck up top was fantastic. We did have an issue with the head that rendered it useless for the first day but the host bought us dinner and drinks to make up for it. It was an issue with the Marina and not the owner. Check it out as an alternate to a hotel in downtown. It was fun."

"Was very underwhelmed, pictures on the listing were perfect but that was far from what the stay started off as. When checked in and first viewing the listing the home had not been cleaned. I immediately reached out to the host who said “it was a scheduling misunderstanding”, I can say the were quick to get someone out the clean, there were bugs which we don’t know where they were coming from. There was mold in the AC which we asked the host to make sure the cleaners attended to but that request...
