「I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this hotel was unacceptable. We booked through Expedia for the Fourth of July weekend and expected a clean, comfortable room. Instead, we walked into a room that clearly had not been cleaned properly. There were dead bugs on the shower ceiling, crumbs and trash on the floor, including someone else's receipt, what appeared to be blood on the bed sheets, a leaking shower, and what appeared to be fecal matter near the toilet. These are not minor...

「I stayed on the 4th of July night and everything was good until I went to bed. In the middle of the night I starting feeling itching in both my hands. I did not pay much attention and tried to sleep. But the itching continued. After hours of trying to sleep I just woke up and watched TV. The next morning I checked my hands and I have received 10 different bites from bed bugs that were noticeable under the pillow. My husband told me they were red colored because all the blood they sucked from me....

「The room was very clean, Brian at the front desk was friendly and helpful, there was adequate parking.」

「Room was very musty smelling, everything including sheets and towels felt damp, almost like the humidity in the room was very high. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. Room was fairly clean and the location was convenient for a wedding we attended. We could hear music well into 2am so not a very quiet location.」
