“The evening staff was amazing! She warmed cookies before we went to bed one night and even put them on a plate for us. Place was very clean! I’m the crazy mom who checks for cleanliness and bugs, and this passed with flying colors! Lastly, the breakfast was super yummy with so many options to feed even the pickiest eaters! ”

“The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet……

“Staff were accommodating and switched our room when we realized we were stuck in a room with zero windows and not a nice location. They moved us next day and we were thankful. We did not receive new towels daily and that wasn’t nice but we survived. Great location and quiet spot! We come back every Easter and look forward to our yearly visit ”

“The resort was very clean with friendly staff. We enjoyed complimentary s'mores and pink lemonade. There are several food options at the resort. The trolley to Dollywood was quick and easy.”

“I’ve stayed at a lot of places, and for $70 a night, I haven’t stayed at a better place. It’s not a 4 star by any means, but it was clean, my room was updated with a nice also clean bathroom. Great location. Safe Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.”

“This resort was amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had split our Spring Break into 2 different resorts and we WISHED we had known RiverStone would have been this great, we would have cancelled our other trip. The only reason we didn't extend our trip at Riverstone was because we prepaid another resort in another state. We WILL be coming back to this location and using this resort. Amazing team Amazing amenities, everything was great. I highly recommend”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“The property was not taken care of, run down, dirty! We stayed a total of 5 hours so my mother could sleep. Checked out early and didn't even stay in pigeon forge after dealing with the front desk it was a very stressful ruined the trip. The worst traveling experience I've had. Truly disappointed. I'm not sure where they can came up with their prices either you can get a newer clean hotel in the area for the same price! I was not the only guest who checked out early.
