“This property was pretty much perfect for my staying during the work week! The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. You can’t even hear traffic noise because it’s drowned out by pleasant cricket music. This house would be IDEAL to book for a football weekend or other multi-day visit to UT as it sleeps up to 4……

“We came to visit our son at UTK and go to a game with two other families. The house was amazing and exceeded our ecxpectations. The host, Bret, was communicative and informative throughout the booking and even welcomed us with a lovely note, cheese board and bottle of wine. Wow! It was the icing on the cake for an amazing weekend. Not to mention the house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and great location. We will definitely be back!”

“Best find ever! Amazing location. Clean and well appointed apartment. Check-in incredibly easy. We had a car with a Thule on top so had to find outdoor parking and there was one right across apt off of Gay Street. Right next to Chivvo Tera restaurant. Pretty inexpensive too. Super convenient to apt. My only regret is I didn’t find it freshman year as my daughter is now a senior. Would have been staying here the whole time!”

“This is an old but very cozy and comfortable apartment while also being very spacious, the location was very convenient and having parking right behind the house was great. Everything worked great, it was clean and the host was very responsive.”

“Perfect quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of west Knoxville. We thoroughly enjoyed the back porch for visiting and morning coffee. Fifteen minute drive into the city, depending on traffic.The owner and host are very attentive and available. Will definitely stay here again!As noted in previous reviews, the layout of the bedrooms is different. The bedroom with 2 queen beds is only accessible by walking thru another bedroom. Something to take in to consideration depending on your group. ”
