“I've stayed at this property multiple times, but this is the first time I booked it myself. It was so easy to reserve, and everything was ready as soon as my boyfriend and I arrived. The property manager is very friendly. The only issue that took place was a couple wasps in the outdoor bathroom, but they were dealt with within 10 minutes of messaging the host. “This property is located on part of Knoxville's famous Dogwood Trail and in a neighborhood that boasts beautiful flower gardens, blooming landscapes, lovely historic homes and, while we stayed in April, native flowering dogwood trees. It is a lovely, well maintained rental and will not disappoint.”

The glampsite is located very close to an event space that hosts a lot of weddings, so while not having access to running water/ bathrooms the better part of a Saturday wasn’t my favorite thing, it also wasn’t a dealbreaker. The driveway, mentioned in other reviews, was not an issue. Get to know your lower gears. Five stars all around, ten stars for Pokey, the friendliest camp cat in three counties”

“We met friends for the weekend and chose Moonlight Madness because it looked so charming. We were right! It’s a fun houseboat, there’s plenty of room to play cards or to just sit and enjoy the view. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. There are several coolers, extra towels, toiletries, etc. In case you forget it, Moonlight Madness has it! Fonz is a great host, I had some questions about check in and he was very quick to respond. Pro Tip: Upon arriving, park your car but……

“This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. Also there was a pacifier in the hall floor and a tank top on the floor in back bedroom. Not sure the cleaning people did a thorough job cleaning. Front bedroom Comforter was……

“I had a very nice stay at North Knoxville cottage. The home was clean and decorated in a manner so as to make it very comfortable and cozy. The host was responsive to my questions and helped with some minor needs I had when I first checked in. The location makes it very easy to get into downtown or the university. Area was quiet and safe.”
