We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, and I enjoyed the view from the balcony over the harbor more than I had expected. The breakfast was really good as well. And as far as convenience goes, you can’t beat the location.

Beautiful sea view room. Very clean, comfortable bed, and seconds from the pier. I only stayed one night, but I plan to come back again and stay longer. I recommend paying a little extra for the sea view room. Sitting on the balcony, enjoying the view at night was just so relaxing.

great view of the pier, 2 minute walk once you get of the boat to the hotel. Being freshly remodeled and the rooms are modern and very clean, best TV I have seen in a hotel.

We stayed in a room on the harbour side. A magical view and fantastic to watch the water craft coming and going. The hotel is pure luxury, brand new, it feels anyway. Breakfast was good and made to order. There is no elevator, however, they have staff that attend to luggage. Be aware that the entrance is on the harbour side, tucked away in a corner. They will also charge you 2000 cash upon arrival for a security deposit.

Everything was really clean, the staff were all amazing and kind. I paid for a balcony view & it was so worth it. I highly suggest it. It’s nice to sit out there with that amazing view and drink a cold beer. I loved the room. It was a good size, the tv was huge (& you can sign into your streaming apps), the shower was a double-header, there are robes, flip flops, and umbrellas to use. There’s a couch and a love seat. I really loved my stay & I’m SO HAPPY they’re putting in an elevator for the handicapable people! Now I can bring my mom to visit! I had lunch twice downstairs (breakfast was too early for me- lol). It was amazing. Get the salmon tacos. They’re delicious. Oh, and they make an amazing almond milk latte. So happy for my stay & can’t wait to go back!

We had a fabulous stay at Phi Phi at Pier. The hotel is beautifully designed and equipped and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms had everything we needed and were quiet despite the central location. The breakfast in the adjoining cafe was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Phi Phi.

The owners/management probably shouldn't be in the hospitality business. Physically, the property was fine, but they have a full size, 3 column sign in the rooms stating in detail an itemized list of everything in the room and a corresponding price if damaged. The real problem was the towels listed are charged to you if they are dirty, not just missing!

Clean, spacious and updated room. Our room was available at 10am which was great and the location right next to the pier is super convenient. Very friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was fresh and had many great options.
