Hotel is close to the train station but a long way from Kobe. There are lots of restaurants close by. The sake tasting every night is nice and they serve great coffee all day. Average hotel, good for the price paid.

Toilet seat was dirty. Shower and water tap didn’t work in the morning. There was no water at all. The room itself is small and nice. location close to the train station is good!

新長田車站出來步行二分鐘就到了，附近有超市跟吃的。有JR 跟subway可以搭車到三宮。 下午四點到七點開放櫃檯旁有免費喝日本酒的活動。 員工的英文普遍不錯。
