「Clean space overall Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee. I know 2 euros isn’t much but taking the cash and still charging us is not right in our opinion Great centralized location to restaurants and shops」

Man hört jedes Wort und jeden Tritt vom Flur so laut im Zimmer, als gäbe es keine Tür. 「Emmanuella’s apartment was perfect for a short stay in Heraklion. Our party of 5 was having trouble finding a single hotel room for all of us and her apartment was PERFECT. The kitchen was fully equipped and the host provided coffee, water, snacks and fresh oranges. The beds were very comfortable and there were multiple restaurants within walking distance of the Apartment. The next time we return to Heraklion we will be staying with Emanuellla again!!!!」

「Vangelis is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to help us with recommendations and acted incredibly quickly to resolve things when we had a minor issue with our room. The room was very clean and well situated in the central area. Our only comment would be that there isn't much in the way of functional space, not many places to put toiletries or large suitcases.」
