「The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays.
Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention...

「I must stay in this hotel when I come to Phnom Penh. The environment is excellent. Facilities like swimming pool and the gym is nice and well maintained. Will stay in this hotel again during the next trip to Phnom Penh.」
