The management needs to change whole bath towels inventory. The towels provided were old and ripped. The towels color is white but the current color is grey. It looks dirty and way overused. The lobby is very hot. Guests can’t stay in lobby more than 15 mins because it’s too hot. The restaurant is good thought. The cost of food is reasonable. Services were good. Workers are nice and polite.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were truly amazing so kind, welcoming and attentive and the room was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. The only thing I would change next time is booking a larger room or separate rooms, as there were three of us (my son, my sister and myself), but that’s purely down to my own booking choice and not a reflection on the hotel at all. Everything else was just wonderful. It was such a relaxing, enjoyable stay and we really wished we could have stayed longer. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

Superbly nice visit (4nights). Me and my girlfriend stayed in the biggest suite and loved everything about this resort. Beautifully crafted garden leading down to the beach, restaurant and pool area. Very charming, much more authentic feeling than most other 5-star resorts we’ve stayed at. Many of which are fairly soulless. The position of this resort compared to other hotels is also superior. Best part of Chaweng beach right there. The only regret we have is that we didn’t book our entire Samui stay with this hotel.

Great location on Chaweng Beach. The hotel is not too big, just the right size for personalized service and it still feels "authentic" not like a big "cookie cutter" hotel. Fantastic location - one side is the beautiful beach, the other is the fun main street which offers lots to do and lots of dining options. Recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at Muang Samui. We have stayed there before, many years ago. It is in a perfect location at the quiet end of all the action. Walkable distance to all of Chaweng. The rooms are spacious, airconditioned and clean. The Buffet Breakfast was great, lovely and fresh, strong coffee, well staffed. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

What a gorgeous, peaceful haven this was - we stayed here for 6 nights on our honeymoon in Koh Samui. The suites are stunning and the pool area and main restaurant lead directly onto the beach. Staff are warm and attentive. Exceptional location: 5-10 mins walk to the busiest part of the strip. All restaurants, bars and nightlife within easy reach!

Hieno hotelli hyvälla paikalla. Kadun vilske ei kuulunut huoneeseen asti, joten sai olla rauhassa. Ihan hyvät huoneet, mutta vessan ovessa isot raot (design), joten vessassa ei voinut käydä häiritsemättä muita huoneessa olevia. Muutoin ihan kivat huoneet ja siisteys hyvällä tasolla. We booked a green view suite which had an outside area which we found not clean. The wooden deck area at the beach had a number of broken pieces which made it quite hazardous for some people . We stayed 3 years ago and didn’t find it was as good . The staff were fantastic but I think they were also too busy .

It’s our 6th hotel in Samoi, and unfortunately it’s the least favorable. Rooms are outdated with weird smells, the pool is nice, breakfast is average, the beach itself is beautiful but not related to the hotel itself. For this price I would expect a better experience. I would pay a lil extra to stay in a newer hotel that might be 500m away. Gym is awful. No towels and everything is super old.

I travel a lot, but for first time in my life left a hotel one night earlier. This is ran down hotel, the rooms were not cleaned well..yoy see spots and dust everywhere. The staff was not well responding.. The food very average. But most importantly the other guests were very weird..it does not feel like a 5 star hotel, but a cheap all inclusive hotel in Turkey. I am sorry but i would strongly recommend against sraying in this hotel ...there are so many great options in this part of the world, but this is very far from it..unfortunately. and lastly..the price is not low at all, so valio/quality ratio is even worse..

Very very disappointing with our stay it was the worst experience in all of Thailand. The wifi does not work, we make the remark 3x and 3x we are told that someone will come and in 5 days no one has come. 3 days in a row at 1 p.m. no more laundry at the beach. The room at 5 p.m. is still not done, so it is done in front of you in a hurry and therefore poorly done. All this so that at the time of check-out we were not even asked how our stay was and no transit to the airport was offered to us. Terrible service for miserable staff! Too bad because the hotel, the setting and the location at the top.
