Absolutely amazing establishment thoroughly enjoyed our stay the breakfast and the lunch and dinner options were amazing also friendly staff a fantastic stay in an place.
The location was excellent. Grounds of the property were great. Perfectly situated where thefront street was perfect for tourists.
Rooms were dated, seriously needed an update. Breakfast was OK. Had everything you need for a daily start.
Older hotel, somewhat dated, but very accommodating staff, nice grounds and pool area, good location.

Standard room - was clean enough, but was tired looking - would benefit from a refurb.
Facilities great, pool, gym, restaurant all good
Hotel staff helpful as needed
Lovely hotel on the beach. Lovely big pool with a restaurant and massage facilities alongside. Direct access to the beach. Rooms are pleasant enough with ok facilities. Convenient for all the bars and restaurants of Lamai.
The staff was VERY helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate disabled adult. The beachfront was excellent. Breakfast and restaurant was very nice.

A great hotel right next to the beach, pool area fantastic and in the centre of the resort. The only downsides for me were that the bar and restaurant were very expensive compared to the surrounding hotels and were therefore empty, also the bathrooms are ready for a makeover, but neither would deter me from staying there again

Many different room types from Standard to pool villas with some premium rooms having ocean views.
I have now stayed 3 times twice in Superior rooms and once in a standard room and to be honest there’s not a lot of difference and both have shower over bath and these aren’t the easiest tubs to get in or out and water normally floods the bathroom due to a shelf around the edge of the bath but I use a sponge to block the water, my room was kept spotlessly clean with clean fresh towels daily and fresh clean sheets a few times a week and yes the rooms are looking tired and nothing updated for a long time and are in need of updating (especially the bathrooms) all staff are happy and always smiling
The pool and beach are fabulous with sun beds and umbrellas but be prepared for the early morning rush to bag a bed, normally people are poolside and beach around 7am to bag a bed and then off they go and don’t come back for hours, this is the only negative
The staff are what make this place so comfortable. The reception are always keen to help and always happy and kind. The rooms for the price, it’s very very fair.
Basically a very good decent 4* hotel
Excellent pool area , didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food , staff were friendly and polite good chance I’ll be back again next year

Really like this hotel but definitely needs some updating in the older part of the hotel, which is where we were. Leo did tell us they are doing some major renovations this coming May. But the hotel is very clean & lovely staff, would definitely stay there again. The pool is great.

Could need a renovation….
Worn and outdated rooms. Could really need a renovation. Pool area was nice and the gym was great. Good location in Lamai and right on the beach. Walking distance to “everything”
It’s a decent 3.5* hotel
Staff were excellent and helpful
The room was ok but I asked for a double bed and what I got was two single beds pushed together which was a waste of time as they would move apart during the night
I stayed in a standard room and the bathroom had a bath/shower combination a separate shower would have been ideal for me
The pool area is one of the best points about the hotel
As for breakfast I didn’t have any so can’t comment on that
Would I stay again probably yes, might change to a different room and see what I get

Very good location right on the beach within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. The food at the beach restaurant was absolutely delicious. The hotel itself is quite dated and really needs repairs. Our room was decent except our bathroom was not great. The shower curtain was ripping off the bar and the shower bar almost fell on us multiple times. Plus when you showered the water splashed all over the floor so we constantly had towels down. It worked for a short 2 night stay but definitely need to renovate the rooms.

Good Quiet and walkable to all amenities.
Rooms at building needs renovation. And bathroom badly design where shower in the bath tub overflows onto the floors making it wet and dangerous to falls!
I had to place two towels on both ends of the bath tub to prevent water overflowing onto the floors each time we showered!
