THE CONDO - REGENCY 120
We recently bought this extravagant 1438 square foot condo located in a private resort with two pools and hot-tubes. Each of the three bedrooms is very spacious. We fell in love with the high ceilings, spacious floor plan, garden views and we hope you will too!
Best of all, there's no missing out on the action. The condo's location provides easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and the beach is an easy 5-10 minute walk away. Located on the second floor, our condo feels very private and you don't need to worry about noises coming from upstairs. Stay cool with central air or open up the sliding doors and enjoy a soft breeze on the balcony. We provide the pool and beach toys so you can focus on the fun!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
· Master suite has a king size bed, master bath has double sink and a shower/bathtub combination
· 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The second full bathroom features a walk-in shower and is located across the hallway
· 3rd bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed. Private powder room is adjacent. This room is a loft with open walls to the living room.
FAMILIES
If you are visiting with small children, we hope you will enjoy the travel baby crib, changing pad, kid-friendly utensils, sand toys, beach chairs and beach umbrella.
LOCATION
Stroll down the lush greenbelt to Kauai's best beaches (Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach)
Located in the heart of Poipu, you can spend the day snorkeling, swimming, exploring the tide pools and watching the sea turtles, or if you prefer, just relax at home on your lanai and work on your tan.
Self-parking is complimentary.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There shall be no refunds of rental payments due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, observation of insects or pests, tenant work demands or family emergencies whether they are inside or outside the State of Hawaii.
We recommend getting Travel Insurance prior to your trip.
You will be given a Rental Agreement to sign summarizing the rental rules after booking.
Our condo gets fully booked in high season, which unfortunately means we cannot offer late check-outs. If your flight leaves late in the evening, allow yourself one extra night.
Please note: All cancellations are subject to the Administrative Fee, which remains non-refundable.
