“This is a condo property located in a good spot in Poipu. The unit had everything we needed, washer and dryer and kitchen stocked with pots, pans etc. the pool area provides a great view of the ocean. The pool itself is average. Our unit could use new carpet and screen door. Good property for those who want to avoid the large and loud resorts. ”

“Pili Mai was an excellent location and our 8-day stay at 2B was very enjoyable. The condo was extremely clean and was sufficiently large for our group of 8. Our property manager was very prompt in all responses and we were especially grateful to them when our initial travel plans changed, requiring us to change our check-in date. They were extremely flexible and accomodating when we encountered flight changes beyond our control. Overall this property is a 5 out of 5 and we would definitely……

“Enjoy your coffee overlooking the ocean and pool from the 2nd floor deck each morning, then walk across the street to the beach. Vacation does not get much more relaxing than this - near boat tours originating in Port Allen, oceanfront hiking, Waimea Canyon and wonderful dining experiences.”

“Our family of six adults (3 generations) had a fantastic week long stay! We were able to easily explore the entire island from this location. Ground floor was great for my parents who are in their 70s. House had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and make snacks / lunches for our day trips to the beach which is a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again with a group this size versus multiple hotel rooms. Mahalo!”

“This little condo has surprisingly LOTS of space to unwind and feel comfortable while planning out your adventures for the day in paradise! We loved the roomy bathroom and invigorating shower, the large comfy bed, the relaxing living room AND the tiny, but thoroughly relaxing porch for two overlooking the grounds and the soothing waves crashing right across the road. Absolutely beautiful spot and a real bargain for the money!”

“We come to Kauai as a family 1-2x a year and have stayed at the Kiahuna a fair amount of times. Rick & Marilyn’s condo is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in! It was clean, well maintained and convenient. The A/C was amazing on hot nights! If you’re a Kauai regular, you know how spectacular the beach is and it’s well worth it to stay on the property to not deal with parking lol! We booked this trip super last minute since we weren’t sure our schedule would allow it and the owners were so……

“Although the condo was a bit dated, the location and views from the lanai were tremendous. We took long walks in both directions along the coast. Fantastic! Pool area was very nice and not crowded. Great spot to read and watch sea turtles. We saw countless whales about 1/2 mile offshore. Property manager was excellent and when we asked for some cleaning supplies because we had none to start - housekeeping delivered with everything we needed.”

“Very good location, ocean is across the street, so is very popular restaurant.15 min walk to the nearest mall which is really nice with plenty of restaurants. Easy parking inside the garage, comfortable room with nice views balcony, very reasonable price. Very good communication with property manager. Saw some baby roaches and shower curtain should be replaced”

“The condo is beautiful. The views are incredible. We watched the turtles feom a balcony. The sound of the surf was a great way to wind down after a day full of excursions. It's 30 minutes from pretty much every where you want to go on the island. We would stay here again!”

“Communication was excellent and the location was nice along a coastal walk. The winds in the area create a dusty film on the windows and at present (April 2024) the views don’t look like the photo. There is active construction going on (as mentioned in listing but not shown) so you see see buildings going up between you and the ocean.”

“Hi, Ellen. Thank you very much for the stay. Incredible views! It was spectacular to be at your place during the last blue moon. Would on have to turn my head to watch the moon set on the ocean while laying on the bed. If I were to suggest something, I would say: 1. Your place is so spectacular that I would suggest a light remodeling if you can. 2. I would not keep old food in the fridge from previous gets. Some dry spices at the cabinetry only. 3. Did miss that welcome coffee and a small bottle……

“This condo was perfect. We had everything we needed. Bed was very comfy. Kitchen was great. Lanai is big and we enjoyed eating out there and listening to the birds early am. Shopping across the street was easy and convenient and walkable. Parking was super easy and convenient and at no extra charge. Definitely would come back and recommend. Mahalo🌈”
