“Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families.
This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated.

“not a good check in experience, very stressful and confusing. You will not get individualized help. This is a "small" business that does not take the time to help their clients. No follow through on their side. And you will get response that sounds like they did not read your message at all. The front desk at this place is not associated with who ever is renting the spaces out so they can't help either.”

“This place is in a great central location close to the airport. There are a lot of options for dining and buying groceries nearby. The staff was always kind and helpful. I appreciate the free coffee service every morning. Parking was free, and there were always spaces available during our stay. I would recommend using earplugs due to roosters being very loud early in the morning. Other than that, it was a nice, pleasant experience.”

“I booked our room through Expedia and specifically chose the accessible room with a roll in shower but upon check-in, was offered a shower chair instead. My wife is pregnant so that was supposed to be a non-negotiable but they didn’t actually have that type available, apparently. Also, they are doing major renovations and blocked off a big part of the lobby. The route to the elevator is super weird and dark. The big iconic waterfall part of the pool was closed off too. The pools were really nice……
