"This is a great unit with view of inner courtyard. Has great murphy bed to pull out for watching TV and extra sleep space. Nice kitchen with everything you may need. Only problem were the roosters who wake you up very early. Staff were excellent."

Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure. "This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island."
