"We had a wonderful time at Kauai Shores Hotel! From the staff to amenities, everything was very nice and made our stay much more enjoyable. My kids loved the easy transfer from beach area to pool; walking distance. Restaurant food was delicious and large portions. Staff was very helpful and accommodating."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Kealia landing was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We wanted a place we could stay and be happy even if we never left the property and this was it. The whole island is magical and we did leave the property a lot to explore everything. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Clean and lovely. The only thing that was disappointing was the trail down to the beach. We went down it once and never again. Not very friendly even for our very in shape teenagers. That being said the drive down to the beach is super fast and we had fun at it. Plus it is beautiful! The town offers shopping and wonderful food. Close to the airport and easy to get everywhere on the island. We did not have any issues and would love to come back!"

"We loved the location of the house, right next to the beach. We just walked out of the yard onto the beach. The house was a great size for our family group of 22. The kitchen is very well stocked. The dining table was great to seat most of our group and there was lots of seating in the living room. We had a few problems with operating the air conditioning in the main living area and one of the bedrooms. It couldn’t keep it cool in the afternoons. The hosts responded and sent someone to help, but it was still hard to keep these areas cool. We had a great week and were able to see most of the island."

"This property was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us. We had 3 rental cars and parking was not a problem at all. The view was incredible. We had privacy and direct access to the beach. The host was very quick to respond to any text or calls. I would highly recommend!"

"Perfect location and great space! We enjoyed the sunrise each morning from the private balcony. The location was perfect with easy parking, the elevator close to the condo, and steps away from the ocean. Clean space, comfortable beds (including the sofa bed) and patio furniture, fully stocked kitchen accessories, and in unit laundry are just some of the things that made staying here convenient and feel like a home away from home. We highly recommend this beautiful ocean front property!"

"The home was good overall. The location is very convenient for getting around the island, and the hosts were responsive and left some nice goodies for us at check-in. The house itself feels a bit dated and worn, with an unusual layout. The main living space is upstairs, which includes the kitchen, living room, dining area, deck with jacuzzi, and the primary bedroom/bathroom. One challenge is that the only TV and bathroom on this level are located inside the primary bedroom, so access requires going through the bedroom or heading downstairs. The private deck off the primary bedroom wasn’t usable as had no furniture and was dirty. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils. The living room setup was less comfortable; the couch had very thin cushions and sat quite low to the ground, and without a TV in that area, it wasn’t ideal for gathering and relaxing but it did have a very nice view of the ocean.The remaining bedrooms are located downstairs. The sofa beds are in the theater room, which felt a bit cramped, and this room is situated at the back of the house without an ocean view."
