“Wonderful condo with very nice open concept. Plenty of space for 3 adults and two kids. Was a very well stocked kitchen with a great location to grocery and shopping. My daughter loved the pool slides. The pool was great and the instructions were precise on what to do. Really highly recommended. ”

“Fabulous location and wonderful property. Master bath set up is a bit odd with shower in the bath attached to entry and master bath. Otherwise great set up. Many properties with much bigger grassy spaces that face the ocean, but likely much more expensive. Pool is fabulous with waterslides (open 10-6) and open 7am-10pm. Great sunrises from the beach and twice a monk seal hung out for hours. Only 2 very minor issues that were addressed. Brita in the fridge as well as a 3L pitcher so plenty of……

“The unit itself was clean and well stocked - just your basic 1 BR condo. But the pool area was nice and not ever crowded and the location was convenient to everything. I liked being able to walk to the shops and to the beach. We had one question and the owners answered promptly. All in all a very nice home base for your trip.”

“We try to get to KP every year in the summer and we’ve stayed at many different versions of this condo floor plan. This unit is definitely on the nicer side - recently renovated and super clean. We loved the abundance of Air conditioning and especially appreciated the living room setup. Tons of games in every cabinet, fully appointed kitchen, Rokus on every TV in every room, and the best view from any unit in the top row furthest from the water. We love grilling down by the beach and it’s an……
