“The location of the hotel is beautiful and is right on the beach. It isn’t a swimming beach though but beautiful nonetheless. There is no onsite dining options but there are lots of restaurants and other options nearby. The staff were friendly but the rooms were extremely outdated. The mattresses were not underneath a box spring and I woke up sore almost everyday. The most annoying part is that I booked the trip through Expedia and paid for two queen beds with a card view. “Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.”

“The overall stay would rate a D- The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didn’t seem to care nor offered anything besides we “checked it out and everything is fine”. We asked for a different room……

“虽然酒店设施比较老了，但还是很干净的。房间都很大，花1000多RMB住2室2厅的房子，信价比还是很不错的。适合家庭度假。就是等到下午4点才在我们的强烈要求下拿到了房间的钥匙，这一点比较郁闷。”

“Location was perfect for 10 minute walk to convention at Grand Hyatt and beach. Never made it to the pool, not sure where it’s at. 2 minute drive to poipu beach where 20 large turtles were resting and beautiful sunset. The use of chairs, umbrella, ice chest and snorkeling gear was very convenient. ”
