"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Villas Of Kamalii. The unit was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable right away. The area was quiet and felt very safe throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.One of the highlights was the pool — clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. We also loved having access to the community grill area. It was great being able to cook outside and enjoy meals in the warm evening weather. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing Hawaii vacation spot."

"The place itself was great and the views were incredible. Some of the best views you can get right from the lanai. You can cross the street and watch a gorgeous sunset over the ocean or you can watch the sunset against the mountains from the lanai, which we preferred. We came back around 6 PM each night and had no issue finding parking in a Permit spot. You're within walking distance of 1Hotel for food and drinks if you want to splurge a little. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Generally the stay was great. Check in was less than pleasant when told we had to pay for A/C and an extra tax. Our package said all was included. It did get resolved a couple days later. Also concierge when we got there was too much since we had been up for almost 24 hours. Felt pressure to do a time share sales pitch. We did cancel it the next day since we had no interest . Parking spaces were tight made it hard to load and unload luggage"

"The Cliffs is a great condo style resort in Princeville. The condo has all the amenities that you need to cook your own meals. Was great to have a washer and dryer. No on site restaurants, but they have a breakfast/coffee truck and a food truck each night for dinner. "
