“our room was very clean. the two bedroom cottage was nice for our family of four. we stayed just one night before we flew back to the mainland after a two week vacation on the north shore. I wish we had dedicated a few more days to stay in the Kauai Palms and explore the south shore and Waimea Canyon, etc. the kitchen supported our final night "happy hour" and a quick breakfast in the morning. we walked from our cottage to the near by Rob's good time for a fun and good dinner. “We were there for our 40 th anniversary Hotel was under construction during our stay. Elevators worked 1/2 the time. Had to go up to 3rd floor building 1 cross to building 3. Down to 1st floor to get to the room. Ice and water machines were on different floors in other buildings. House keeping did well. After construction i believe it will be nice. I should have researched more before booking.”

“From the concierges, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff, to the housekeeping, the hospitality was wonderful! We made the mistake of doing Uber instead of a rental car. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel. The valet manager and staff were very helpful in arranging other transportation for us, and even drove us to and from the hotel to the the Princeville Market so we could try……

“We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and our stay was amazing. Our villa was beautiful. The washer/dryer wasn’t efficient but the fact there was a unit in our villa was a plus. The property is walking distance to the beaches. The pools are amazing. Our stay was everything we hoped for.”

“The location of the hotel is beautiful and is right on the beach. It isn’t a swimming beach though but beautiful nonetheless.
